To Joyce’s Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Joyce was a wonderful person, I enjoyed working with her at the City. We lost touch after she retired, but I thought of her often. May you find comfort in your memories.

I worked with Joyce at Mercy Hospital. What a wonderful person she was to me. I was just a young girl about to get married and she listened to all my woes. Over the years I have run into her and we always had such a nice visit. I think of her every time I saw one of the plumbing trucks. I can hear her voice so clearly. God bless you Joyce. I'm so glad you were part of my life! Penny Sempert

To Joyce’s family: You have my sincere heartfelt condolences. I knew Joyce through her daughter Diane. We were neighbors and friends across the field. I wish I could be there and see my friend, Diane, from my past and say some comforting words. I hope all of your memories can be a comfort to you during this sad and difficult time. Lorna Teske
