There is an emptiness in my heart today at the passing of my dear Auntie Eleanor. She was indeed a great lady, and a true Christian. I have so many fond memories of working with her on my parents farm as a kid…picking this and packing that. She always helped make the sweaty, hard work more fun. She was a mentor, confidant, and story teller. And she made the best Christmas cookies ever! She was terrified of birds and bridges, but very little else. Here’s to a life well lived, all 101 years! Rest in peace, Auntie.
