Brett was born March 1, 1997 in St. Joseph. He graduated from Coloma High School, Class of 2015. Brett enjoyed playing video games and watching YouTube in his Harry Potter themed bedroom, building complicated designs with Legos, and baking & cooking with his family. His diagnosis with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy did not dampen his spirits, but it did prevent him from fulfilling his dream of going to culinary school. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Brett is survived by his caregiver Kae Craig of Coloma; two uncles-Jim (Heather) Matheson of Accokeek, MD, James (Jennifer) Matheson of Kennesaw, GA; several cousins; and his birth-mother Angelina Weekes of St. Anthony, ID. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Patricia Matheson in 2020 and his father Timethy Bullock in 2020.

One of the many find memories we have of Brett was the time we visited with our pontoon boat. The lake was calm and we took Brett for a ride to the beach. He had so much fun! We laughed all day long. He was made Captain of the day and took us all for a ride.

Prayers and love to the family. Brett was a young man, who never gave up and showed us all how to keep fighting through the hard times. I know he has a special place in heaven . Melanie and Jason Cowgill
