Betty was born in Loris, South Carolina, on May 28, 1937. She is the daughter of the late Tull Floyd of South Carolina and the late Peggy (Morris) Reinicker of Florida. Betty graduated from Plant City (Florida) High School and later from Lake Michigan College. On May 26, 1961 she married Jim Siebenmark in New Buffalo, Michigan. They started a family, and she enjoyed being a mother and homemaker for many years, and later as “Gramie” to her four grandchildren. Betty enjoyed tending to her flower gardens around her house, sewing, baking and cooking for her family on holidays and other occasions, and time spent with family and friends. Betty later worked for many years at Old Kent Bank in St. Joseph, retiring in 2000. She then spent many years volunteering at the Mendel Center and Peace Lutheran Church.

Betty is survived by her husband Jim; her children Susan (Ed) Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Michael (Kevin West) Siebenmark of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and four grandchildren Nicholas (Sarah), Alexander, Jack, and Ellie Johnson.

Sorry to hear about Betty's passing. I used to work with her at Old Kent Bank. She helped me so much as a new teller. She was always so positive and proud of her family. Prayers to you all.

Mary and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to you and your family over your loss. I will always remember Betty as a loving and caring person which always put others first.
You and Betty were very close to my Uncle Gus and Aunt Shirley during your years with the Saint Joseph Police Department. I believe Gus looked to the two of you as extended family.
I will always fondly remember the special times we all had together and I will promise you that Betty’s memory will always remain fresh in our memory... what a blessing it was to have known her! God’s comfort and blessings to you and your family at this sad time.

Jim and family. We are very sorry to learn of your loss. Fun memories from the days of shift parties and football games. May these and all your memories help to ease the sorrow of Betty's passing.
